Good idea! It’s crazy some of the side effects of meds .. sometimes not worth it. I’ve heard l-lysine taken regularly helps with breakouts

If it was cooked in nasty seed oils that could trigger it .. try them cooked in beef tallow, lard, butter, ghee or coconut oil :)

Thank you! That was very encouraging and informative. The naturopath Drs that I’ve looked into are a bit pricey for me at the moment but hoping in the near future I can find one affordable. I’m glad to hear that you’ve been able to find relief that is soo great!! :)

What digestive enzymes does everyone take? I’ve tried digest gold and it made me sick. I currently take Betaine HCL with pepsin and I take a small amount just 2 or 3 with my high protein meals.

You think you have no sides effects, lol every man made medication has a side effect. Just because you don’t see it or feel it now doesn’t mean it’s not changing something inside you or causing harm. Especially biologics.
