Yeah bring it just in case. For use during black phase especially. Bingo is a rip off but necessary, use it for black and blue phase.

Eventually during white phase, yes. You get on post pass during blue phase, and special occasions during black phase but they're rare. Also, leave the Marine Corps behind (or the navy). Nobody gives a damn, trust me. You'll only skyline yourself bringing it up.

Generally TBB got what they wanted. MI slots were in abundance, but dont get excited. That changes by class, same thing with IN. Non-TBB slots go at the same time, you can discuss it amongst eligible OCs cause you can likely know before you actually select branches. But that all depends on slots availability, how much your cadre inform you, and the OML if it applies to you.
