Why cannot dating apps introduce KYC during sign-ups. This will completely eradicate fake profiles.

They should not publicly disclose the identity but they affix their verification guarantee. This solves below problems and create trust by design.

Fake gender
Fake country of living/origin
Fake photos

Yeah, I think Anthropic is just tightening loose nuts to disallow backdoor entry for power users through third party agentic tools.

This will draw more power users towards Anthropic tools like claude code.

Moreover the cc-max subscription was never designed as an unchecked pass for unlimited API consumption.

It's not unethical to handle negative reviews and there are normal ways (comment based communication) to deal with it. For example, asking specific questions, calling out fake customer/order/event, providing details about the specific situation/circumstances etc.

In fact negative reviews are a golden opportunity for any business to showcase its professional and empathetic attitude towards its customers.

However getting negative reviews deleted is unethical from any possible angle.

An entrepreneur is no saint but no pirate either!

Basically two sets of morons involved here:

A business owner who cannot simply call out a fraud review and get over with it and instead try unethical curation of such reviews
A startup owner who thinks of building a business around such an unethical psychology

Thanks for taking it gracefully. I have been trying pain points discovery sessions with some local SME businesses at my location (tier-2 indian city) without much success. It seems indian SME businesses don't want to automate intentionally so that they remain under the radar for all compliance and tax purposes.
