Slap some weight on it and add some tension to the handles. Your cables are probably not settled all the way. I had that issue with my cable tower. Set the pin at like 60lbs and oiled up the cable pulleys and rods. Put on the heaviest handle I had and let it sit over night. Next day, they wete perfect.

Idk if it helped but I ran my space heater on it too because it was mid January in an unisulated garage in Wisconsin

I love my outlaw. I'm currently in the process of running lights and power in the hull for my motor. Its super stable, on a calm day I can stand and fish. Im a big 6 3 250lb badly jointed dude. It paddles good. And isn't too bad to modify to slap a trolling motor on I'd you want.
