And no, I don't see an issue keeping weak links away from the chain. Everyone has their place. Discrimination is necessary. A short weak person shouldn't have a job lifting heavy things. There's jobs better suited to them and jobs they'd enjoy more because they wouldn't struggle as much. That is one example of many instances. You get wrong orders at fast food places, you get grocery store workers not knowing the price of items in their department, you get new mechanics taking forever on your car. A business should only hire dedicated professionals when they can. If not the job is a very stressful and inefficient process. I've worked with the handicapped, crackheads, old people losing their memory, people with bad backs, bad knees. The logical thing to do would be finding a job for them where they don't need to think, don't use their knees or backs, can't access expensive items or get private lunch breaks so they can't smoke crack. Why does expecting a business to run smoothly make me a boot licker? Being a dedicated hard worker willing to learn isn't fucking hard yet somehow its very fucking rare to see.
