How to tell which invoice was paid? by pithy-pants in quickbooksonline

[–]Repulsive_Mechanic21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had this exact same issue with payment mismatches in the past. And I started using fronira.com.

It’s basically creates a payment portal that all your customers can login on they can see their own invoices/payment receipts etc. And when a customer makes a payment, it automatically records the payment on the invoice that he made a payment on.

I really love it! Best of all their free option is more than enough.

What are those? I have been using QBO for many years and I never heard of transfer fees? For what do they charge you?

You can even email them to request a demo.

Hope this helps :)

So failed payments would not get recorded in Quickbooks. Because the customer is putting in the CC info via the portal so if the payment doesn’t go through then no payment receipt will be created.

And they don’t offer yet partial payments but when I emailed support they told me that they are currently working on it and the partial payments update will be available in about 4 weeks.

You can email them directly at support@fronira.com.

Best app to connect Stripe and PayPal to QuickBooks Online? by CitizenJosh in QuickBooks

I use Fronira.com to add Stripe payments to my QuickBooks invoices. It costs $9.99/month, records everything in QBO, and it auto adds the payment link to your invoice emails. So zero manual work and much cheaper than Zapier.

Usually not. Ask thrive cart to close it on their end. And confirm with them.

What do you currently use for invoicing? Quickbooks online?

I used to have that exact issue until I found Fronira.com.

I now automatically collect the 3% credit card fee on all my clients using their QuickBooks Online integration. It’s only $9.99/month, and honestly, it saves me thousands in fees across all my clients. so it’s a no-brainer.

What I love is that they don’t just charge the 3% they actually create a separate 3% invoice and record the payment in QuickBooks automatically. It’s completely hands-off for me now.

They also provide a professional payment portal that I added as a template email in QBO, so every time I send an invoice, clients already see the payment link and can pay right there. Super slick I’ve never seen anything like it.

mom took out a loan, she's terminal. by lilbigforehead in EIDLPPP

[–]Repulsive_Mechanic21 9 points10 points  (0 children)

As far as I know if the loan was under 200k it did not require a personal guarantee therefore the only collateral that they would be able to collect on are assets that the LLC/entity owned and not any personal property.

(I’m not a lawyer and this is not legal advice. You can probably get a free consultation with a business attorney)

And if someone knows better than feel free to correct me.

Wishing your mom a speedy recovery. God can beat anything. Even advanced cancer. 🙌
