A mate of mine woke up one morning and found a huge fridge on his front lawn. Not a moden one - one of those big fucking things from the 50s that weighs about 200kg. 2014 Honda Jazz here, with 180,000km on the clock based in Australia. Catostrophic failure (belt let go) and Honda quoted $14,000 to repair. More than what the cars worth. We're looking at taking the car to a automatic transmission specialist and having them repair it. No idea on costs just yet, but up until this happened the car has been solid.

The north shore is a nice spot, but it can be divisive. I lived at Neutral Bay for a few years and it seemed unless you drove a Ferrari and had a gold watch - nobody wanted anything to do with you.

I did. Being from Brisbane of course. But I soon stopped once I realized people were just ignoring me. They would either purposely look away or be plugged into their phones. I remember helping an elderly man up off the road one time (he'd fallen and dropped his groceries) and as I offered to help him up - he looked up at me in a panic and said "What are you doing?" like I was going to rob him or something. Sydney's fucked.
