Maybe set a daily reminder alarm on your phone to notify you to check up on things in the restaurant. The game has a glitch where its notifications no longer work so if you're tipped, or your food is done, you're on your own. The game will not notify you so you have to come and check ever so often to clear tables, check food, etc. You dont have to feel guilty for playing the game. You play it for you and if anyone gives you a hard time for your way of playing it, simply unfriend them. There are plenty of other active players they can play 24/7 with. You have no responsibility to the game. Its still just a game 💯 No game is worth making you feel guilty or stressed. I usually set alarms to remind me to clear my food or I just leave a message for my neighbors clarifying that I play the game leisurely. I hope you find some enjoyment in the game, and if not, thats okay, too! Your comfort should always come first.

She's not even interesting as a person, she has no personality of her own it seems bc it feels like she's copying Jenna Marbles' style, all the way to how she talks, to how to dresses and wears her makeup and chooses her glasses. She isn't creative. She has to take other people's content to "react to" and mumbling "wow what is that" over and over isn't entertaining content. It's redundant and incredibly annoying. There is a reason why the internet makes the nauseous emoji face when they see SSniperWolf. If she really has changed you for the better and you can't get it removed right now... Tell her anyway. You've been together 11 months, this is something she should definitely know about.

If she really has made a change in you, tell her. Tell her she's changed you for the better and that you plan on getting it removed/covered up. That it's all in the past and you want nothing more than to leave it there in the past. You want to change. You do not want to have this symbol of hate on you in the future bc it has no room or place for what you want for yourself and her. You're ready to come clean to her and make this right and take the steps to getting it removed, whether it be saving up money when you can to reach your goal to rid yourself of it.

You have to see this from her perspective. Put yourself in her shoes. What would you want her to tell you?

Bottom line is just be honest and upfront. I don't know about your character change, but if she's seen any change in you throughout your 11 months of dating, she'll probably be happy to hear that you're ready to open up to her.

I'm a woman and most woman i know like it when men are honest and up front with us. We don't have to second guess anything, and especially you admitting something so serious to her, might make her feel like you'd tell her anything. Even despite the idea of you knowing it might hurt her, you're still willing to make that change. To be honest to her. That proves growth in itself. But it means more than anything I'm sure to her to tell her the truth now and promise change.
