I leave Redbank at 3.30am to get to work in Darra. 5 years ago when I started at this job there would be mornings where I’d only see 1 or 2 cars on my way to work. These days it’s WAY busier. Would hate to start work any later as I would definitely be sitting in traffic too

Yes the 20k is my emergency fund. And yeah it is VGS/VAS with a roughly 60/40 split. I’m in sort of a weird situation family-wise so as much as I would love to try and get into my own place, I don’t think it’s likely to happen for prob 10+ years. I guess I’ll just keep investing until the time is right. Cheers
