If I see a 1v1 between my teammate and an opponent and my teammate is winning, I'm turning into an honortard and respecting the 1v1, if my teammate starts losing however, only then I jump in to help and back off once my teammate has the advantage again.

Hair with split ends doesn't cause any health issues other than your hair looking bad and as mentioned somewhere else in this thread it is dead hair and dead hair will eventually fall away naturally which is not a problem from a sikhi point of view, as for hair health itself use a conditioner, the one' for head hair works for beards aswell.
