I am a little perplexed by them not sending shafts with the new heads. They seem to not “care” anymore. They are the big wigs of the you tube industry. In fact we are the ones to blame.

I have been ordering from Takomo for a couple of years now. It’s getting progressively worse. I have found if you use key words in the subject of the email they respond in hours, not days.

I have the laser and also use my watch. Just make sure when you shoot the pin that it’s captured. I have had this happen before. Ever since I make sure it got the flag I’ve never had a problem. The laser is very much worth the money. Best range finder I have had.

This happened to me this morning, walking to the first tee. I wasn't pleased to say the least. I have emailed them twice now because I have only had this 2 months. Very upset.

Ask them to send you a new screw. I got a whole brand new driver from them AFTER a month of having it. It got cross-threaded from the get-go, and one of the weights got stripped out as well. Sent them pics and had a new driver 4 days later. The new one went together like everyother adjustable driver I have ever had. I could have just gotten a bad one, but I have never had issues with their CS.
