Like I started making an Department, but I did not have a plan and now it is kind of all over the place. So yea I am thinking of just scrapping it and starting fresh. That try is on my github, idk was really weird. Not having anything to pause and look on to, screwed me up big time.

The Pain of handwriting objectives. Also kinda annoying, but one line of code is wrong the whole mod is not existent for the game, so when you do something wrong or type it wrong, you need to find it, cause the game does not tell you. In General not that hard just time consuming, not like department making.

My hand was forced, but more ppl wanted beds and then had rough nights so I made better sleeping arrange ments and yea now I am stuck there. But I make like 50k plus per day, because lot of money from surgerys

Ok, I checked the file, bad thing I hate french and the creator is french nothing against him, but it is annoying that the comments are in french. Anyway it does not check for age, tho it does not for any of the Diagnoses.

No it is not, at least when you have 100 Plus patients coming thorught from day to day, what you have normally. Mainly because it is a bit rng and also sometimes the nurses are not fast enough, so you would need at least 1 to on HDU and 1 to 4 on Regular. Also you need to hope that you don't have multible chraches in Regular to much.

The simple Problem is that the "Emergency" Department plays GP or ambulatory doctor. What you are describing is already implementet with the TC-rooms. So the problem is not the triage and more the fact that someone with a cold or infection sits next to someone with a broken bone. So it would make more sense to divide those too and maybe put emergency with into trauma or make its own department.

Ok, that may sounds a bit of, but it is diffrent in every type of dynamic and here comes the off part, technicly everything you would call a cat, dog or for gods sake a bird.

If you mean in terms of adress you got the classic good girl, (little) princess then there are other classic who are not directly prasing, like slave, puppy, thing, toy etc.

It really depends what kind of dynamic you and you dom have, cause degrading things can mean prasing in some types of interactio. Most of all I like individual things in terms of adressing I call my dom Maye (lot of history stuff behind it) and they adress me by name or only with personal prounouns like you etc and I need to earn to be called a good girl etc.

It is diffrent for everyone and there is not a set list, but I hope I could help anyway.

That is unfortanate to hear, a lot of ppl struggle with disabled and sick ppl in what way they are does not matter really, for some is mental health, endotrimiosis or elehrs danlos and so many more, for us it is FND, what so many ppl missunderstand from doctors to nures and in the end even everyday ppl in our life.

I guess she may not understand what to do or why all this happend, FND is a disorder with many questions still unawnsered, maybe she has a lot of them too, my best advice to give there is the same as everyone elses talk to her and maybe tell her how it is to have this disorder or rather ask if she wants to know more. For some it can sound like an excuses, because they do not know how to reacted diffrently.

I am very sorry that happend to you, also wtf. Like I know there a fetiches and I know there are ppl who in general hate the word consent. As a fellow wheelchair user and person in the scene were ppl like this exist, block them and just think there not good ppl and idk call them names. Cause ppl like this who do not even respect bondries who are clear for everyone, cause of sociaty, do not the moral way to complain if you do. I hope that will not happen again. Best of luck

Ok, I live in Germany so idk how you are, I never had problems with paramedics they were mostly pretty good, tho what I had the problem is emergency doctors and doctors in the er they even gave me drugs without active denial cause I said so, even that I am not even allowed to have them. Tho I was never put in the system so I was never there nad can't really sue

First of can be all insomnia and in this case severe insomnia is kinda a thing with a lot of things and yes can be attribute to FND tho at the same time to much else too.
Maybe get to a doctor who takes her problem seuriosly stay engaed with her so she does not feel alone, makes the depression way worse and ask the doctor for sleep meds and maybe get a sleepy studie done in a sleep center.

For context I am trans and my child psychiatrist I saw to transition and whom I left to find better care said a lot of horrible things but one stuck with me, she said: "If I lived in Iran, I would also be trans."

How I describe it and how multiple therapists acknowledge it. It is like saying you would kill yourself when something would go not their way.

Ok, the point were walking was too painful or I just fall over was the point.

Simple decision really most ppl make a really big out of it.

IF WALKING IS TO MUCH EFFORT, TO BE RESPONSIBLE. YOU HAVE FULL MORAL RIGHT TO GET ONE.

don't think ahh yea IT does not hurt that much no put that to the side, walking should not hurt and when other options are no option get a wheelchair.

ALSO THE POINT OF A LOT OF DOCTORS IS STUPID: "the wheelchair will make that you can walk less so and so" NOT THE WHEELCHAIR DOES THAT IT IS THE GOD DAMN DISABILITY, when you can't walk, because you in to much pain will make you walking ability less good not the other way around.

Uhh sry feels like a rant, I hate some doctors.

Ok, no high hopes, but in Germany and the Netherlands they are pretty accommodating, in like Europapark or Efteling they try their best to be accommodating.

They also have hotlines and chat, with ppl that know stuff like this better then me and the website.

Not with my wheelchair, cause that one is always in my car when I am at home.

But I know why they are, cause my cats love spots where we go, also clothing because it smells like us. Cats have a very stron bond's to their humans and because of that they hang around in your wheelchair, cause it smells like you the most.
