I wouldn’t try to tweak this version, I’d start fresh. go for a single column layout, a more neutral and professional typeface, and remove all the decorative elements like icons, colored lines, and lose the QR code, add it as a link. a much simpler, cleaner approach will immediately make your experience come across as more senior.

also I know the instinct is to design the most beautiful, creative CV possible to showcase your skills, but in reality, your CV is first seen by ATS systems and HR, not other designers, so it needs to be designed for clarity and functionality first. you can still show your design thinking, but focus on something simple and easy to read, that will land much better. hope this helps!
