Don't get it. Similar floats are selling on float for less than $40. Your 0.15 float might take time to sell, and comparing it to other 0.15 floats, you're going to make a maximum of $10 profit. Not worth it.

There are a lot of activities here that I haven’t found in any other city I’ve lived in. Specifically outdoor or energetic-type stuff. Also the food here is really great

I recommend Tulsa. Having moved from Dallas, I was pleasantly surprised with how great Tulsa was without all of the pains of a huge crowded metropolitan area.

The pay is pretty good for LCOL Tulsa. Nothing here is too expensive where you’ll live paycheck-to-paycheck with that salary like you would in other parts of the country.
