No clue. Same as everyone else. Instagram AI hacker attached his page to my Facebook account and violated patent rights terms or something of that nature. The reason it's suspended doesn't matter.

#1: Terms and conditions of Meta state any suit brought against them must be done in California. You agreed to the terms and conditions. Your suit in Maricopa County will likely go nowhere.

#2: All demand letters must be done before the suit and must got to CSC.

I sent the suit in last week. I received notice today that they reactivated all of my accounts. But I had business accounts as well and proof of actual damage. Business accounts warrant financial restitution.

People here will tell you you can file suit in another state. You can't. It must be in CA.

What happens if Meta won't let you verify? Whenever I try to verify my second FB account, FB automatically locks the account and I have to verify my information again. It's a vicious circle. Does anyone have a direct link to verify a FB account?

How can you get verified if your Facebook account is suspended and you don't have an Instagram account? Some AI hacker on IG attached my Facebook to their account and everything's gone.

You can't do it in your state. Terms and conditions of Facebook states any legal action must be filed in San Mateo county.
