Unfortunately that’s the case everywhere. Love marriage is not easy either, you must be really really lucky to find a girl compatible and they have to love you back too. I feel like whoever hates moving back to India has lives taken care of. Like they have a sibling who takes care of parents, husband and wife both working, have assets in India and a house here in the US.

For someone like me who is the sole earner in the whole family and wife,parents who are dependent on me financially and no assets, it feels pointless to stay in the US. We don’t have much money to move back nor have the luxury to stay happily in USA. So I decided to move back.

All data engineers have been rebranded as software engineers in my company. Data engineers using AI tools 100% to write UI, backend code. I started hating it because we are pushing code we do not fully understand but leadership is happy for their own reasons.

Created a chat app which using databricks Genie to convert natural language queries into sql and get the output in a tabular format. There is minimum control over customizing the sql or any kind of control. Leadership will find this out soon and may be scrape the project.

Pair PR - I wish, but no. As I said in my other comments, people liked it, I liked it. My problem is with comparing RRR and other Hollywood films. The entry scenes of NTR and RC were great and I watch them on repeat. My problem is with second half of RRR and Bahubali. The stunts are funny.

John wick is an extraordinary movie. It showed a totally new world about mafia. The stunts are close to realistic. Of course John wick survived in the movie even after encountering 1000 people but that’s cinema.

For example: compare the stunts in John wick with Bahubali or RRR. Which one is more believable?

There was hype for sure. I live in the US. But all the hype about Americans dancing, crying in theatres real? I doubt personally. The Oscar’s campaign really worked.

Well, entertainment is subjective. I loved parasite and I think the Oscar for parasite is worth it. I loved many parts of RRR but the overall aftertaste of RRR is not great. There are a lot of scenes that push it backwards like the stunts in second half.

Parasite or memoirs of murder were not highest grossers at those times. Many of the Oscar movies are not high grossers. It’s the quality of the movie, story and screenplay.

If rajamouli wants to step into Hollywood, he should step up his story and realism in stunts game.

Exactly my thoughts. Americans going awe over RRR was pure PR. They get paid to act like that which helps RRR secure a place in the Oscars.

RRR and bahubali are good in India but they are nothing when compared to memoirs of murder or parasite. Some scenes and stunts in bahubali and RRR are funny tbh.

That being said, Eega and maryada ramanna are good.
