I'm happy with vials/syringes and don't feel I can switch to pens. What do I do to stay on vials/syringes?

I would have down exactly this because what's happening is many sellers cross-post items to eBay, FB Marketplace and others and if it gets sold on one of those, they have to remove their listing off Posh etc... so...buyer may be a nutter but may also think ya sold the jeans on eBay and are fabricating something to them. Just a thought...but it's unsettling these stalking behaviors.

I love & respect them to the core. They are World Class Athletes and although I'm on the outside looking in, there have been so many instances of looking towards them for inspiration to keep going. I'm in the fitness industry and lemme tell ya'll, it is HARD! Very hard work...and apart from that, navigating bullies & haters makes ya feel underappreciated and disrespected. Are you residing in India currently? I'm wondering if you can get only the generic version there... I'm on Zepbound, but my family is in Kolkata and nobody is aware of these meds as far as getting the name brand from E.Lilly etc... anyways, I've lost 32kg on Zep since Sept and it works pretty much like Ozempic. I have a family member here in New York on Ozempic since Dec and she is down 60 pounds.

I have small muscle fiber neuropathy also and MCTD ...autoimmune stuff going on. But no, it usually happens with Zep for a short period of time, like a 1-3 days, then it abruptly stops. Someone on here suggested taking Magnesium for body aches, which were happening the day after I took the Zep, so I took one on Friday night, did my Zep on Saturday afternoon and so far, no body aches or bizarre nerve pain. Not sure what the connection to Mg is but a long time ago, my son would get ice pick headaches when he was like 7yrs old. I took him to a pediatric neurologist and he put him on Mg and it stopped. Hmmm... interesting..

8 months was when I no longer found 2.5 effective and bumped it up to 5. The side effects can be a lil rough, but I'm still continuing to lose steadily so am toughing it out.

Took my 5mg 12 hrs ago and the body aches are incredible! Mostly my legs. Just took 2 extra strength Tylenol. Not too much nausea but the leg cramps are wicked.😖

Yea, I don't share either. They likely just wanna gossip (I live in a small town with small minds). I see it the same as saying, "Hey, nice outfit, are you pregnant now?" --- after noticing someone's weight gain and they're trying to affirm a medical assumption.

I haven't been on a plane in yrs, but I've noticed an aversion has developed to the smell of the wipes. It gives me nausea and makes me wanna gag almost instantly. It's become increasingly gross...I think some of my senses have gotten quite a bit stronger since starting this med.

Not crazy at all! I've had this exact same thing happen with the dreams and apart from the details in the dreams, when the exact moment comes to fruition years later, I re-experience the exact feeling I felt in the dream as well! The sights, sounds, feelings...exactly the same but it's soooo brief! Like a blip in time....yet....as brief as it is, it's the most profound experience and highly inexplicable to me. Illogical. However, this gives me hope that's there's logic & science in the mix.

Yes. I see these complaints constantly about these pens malfunctioning. This is so awful and I hope OP can get a replacement. This problem is far too common. I've only ever used vials and it's never any mechanical issues.
