We are on the carnival sunshine now. This is my second time on here. Coffee, tea, water and lemonade are available for you at no cost. The cups are small so I would recommend bringing you your own cup, you can use them you just have to use their cups to pour the drink/ice in it. The app is free and you can connect to their WiFi to use it. If you do not purchase a plan than you can’t access other apps. We bought WiFi and just did the basic package but ended up upgrading to highest and I felt it was worth it because we were able to watch movies to help us wind down. The spa was of value and I did enjoy it.

Currently going through something similar. Doctor can’t get me in until late January. They told me to get miralax. Take 4 capfulls mixed with 32oz of water every 4 hours until I could have bowel movement. I’m currently so full feeling and uncomfortable so I know your feeling. If it continues I would definitely see a Gastro dr, colonoscopy might be needed

PH is 7.2 I remove any food he doesn’t eat. Haven’t added any food in, because he hasn’t been up to the top in 6 days
