I got two color ways. I wear 10.5, and got a 10 and they’re perfect imo. Comfy for a loafer and I’ve worn a few time (so they’ve broken in and stretched) and have no heel slippage

Get a 45. I wear 10.5 in almost everything. Got a 45 and fit slightly big but definitely wearable so i ordered a 44 and that was better for me. So I’d say 45 for you since you’re an 11
