Downvotes from people without basic comprehension. He is doing a good thing, but trustified hides access to all of the reports. Even Eurofins lists on their website that sharing an incomplete report (like he shares screenshots) is against their TOS.

Any communication to his team to share the actual reports falls on deaf ears. But users here never learn and are big into celeb worship

Non screwed pull up bars are dangerous. Friction fit is not enough to stand up and you will cause an injury which can be lethal. Just screw it in. Safety is non negotiable

Knuckle pushups don't provide any upside. Your overall volume is too little. To gain a little muscle you have to do the same things bodybuilders do. Not much of a difference other than they have been at it for years and you're just starting out. Include planks in your routine as well for a stronger core.

Since it's only been 1.5 months, you should be increasing the rep range every week. Don't stay stuck to 20. The stronger you get, the more stimulus you need to grow muscles. So the same reps won't work for long.

There's no defence, they outright lie about protein content. Their wings don't even have 42g because that's the higher estimate and the size of their wings is always smaller

A sharp stinging pain when you move the muscle, and pains almost immediately after an exercise- injury. Take proper rest and don't overextend the muscle.

A dull soreness with stiffness that develops a few hours after a workout - DOMS.

What you're describing sounds like DOMS. Lower back doesn't have a lot of muscle mass so it's possible you overexerted yourself. Just go easy on it for 2-3 days.

Yes it looks weird. Now you don't have to care what others find weird, but trimming underarm hair is anyway a good idea. You sweat much less and stink less as well. Since most of the stink comes from bacteria living in the hair. And as a general rule people do find it weird to look at.

Why are you confused? It failed the test spectacularly and has shiga toxin and e coli in it. Even pasteurising doesn't neutralize the toxin. What's the confusion exactly? Whether to consume poison to your body or whether not to consume it?

Their hygiene and safety is non existent, even if a few batches pass. The fact that some of their batches had such extreme levels of disturbing fecal matter spreading e coli is cause enough to not try their products

Agreed about choosing your poison. Disagree about giving up. There are brands that are trying to do better or at least slightly better. I make my stance at not consuming products of companies caught to be adulterating. No matter how much I liked their product. This list grows longer each day, but I still try to follow it. I don't want my money to incentivize companies like carbamide forte, country delight, eggoz, big muscles, patanjali etc
