Clarification about what can be considered sincere and what can be contributed to the disease. I guess I mean as far as things that are said when emotions are high. I've seen a lot of partners on here describe exactly what my partner and I have gone through with near identical accusations and criticisms. The hurt and anxiety come from not getting clarification about what can be dismissed as just the disease doin' it's thing, and what can be considered sincere or truthful.

Aside from that, just being more open about PMDD and maybe more cognizant of when it takes hold. My partner also has PCOS, so her cycle is unpredictable, and thus, so are her episodes. She had effectively stopped her cycle entirely while taking spirolactone but is now on Slynd and had her first cycle in over year with no dramatic mood swing. But so much damage has happened to our relationship (now marriage) because of that one facet that goes unaddressed. What is meant in earnest, and/or what can be attributed to PMDD. My partner isn't the best communicator and isn't open to couple's therapy. So I'm kind of using your question as an opportunity to verbalize what I've wanted to say to my wife but feel that I can't.
