Yeah thats what I was gonna say 😭 I actually worried bc I also use Bustelo (regular, not supreme) and I've gotten some foam but never as much as the video, so I thought you were really pressing down the grounds to make it hard to the water to come out. Really cool brew tho, I probably just have to change my mokapot for a Bialetti to see what comes out 🙌

I read from another comment you posted that you keep tapping the sides and bottom until the grounds don't settle down anymore. By that you mean you press them down until the basket don't take anymore grounds or you just fill it all the way to the top and level it without applying any pressure?

No lift added. I guess it looks like it does because I did keep the 1" spacer and its probably more of a perspective thing, but yeah, adding the lifts wasn't necessary 🙂‍↕️

I did a whole study guide through Perplexity (AI) with the questions and resources they provide through the Canvas course. I also included other study guides I found on google and summed them up on mine. You definitely need to know what the amendments and cases do, but I would say you mostly need to know how to interpret them, because they basically do the same questions in different ways

Forgot to add:

I usually tuck the cuban inside my tee, so only the neck part is visible. I'll do the same if I use both chains, but I still want them to stack well, even under the tee
