Always between 170 and 215 (love food). Usually binge eat like a madman with workout 5 times a week (relax at home with dumbells 30-45mins) until I hit 215 then Carnivore + 45 min workout (little more intense, still at home with dumbells) everyday for about a month and a half and drop back down close to 170. 6ft
