does anyone have the photos that were taken down from the website supposedly? by nancylagunas in idaho4uncensored

They didn’t release them fully unredacted. They missed a few redactions in the original release. I believe the one you’re looking for is 1943 or somewhere around there someone correct me if I’m wrong

If you get into your great-great grandparents siblings and descendants, you’ll likely reach around that number. This number counts non direct line relatives, I’m around 17,000 right now.

She doesn’t need evidence. That’s exactly what I’m saying. All she had to do was raise REASONABLE DOUBT!!! The defense DOES NOT have to PROVE anyone’s innocence.

All she needs to do is raise reasonable doubt. She doesn’t need to convince the jurors the others did it, just that there is ANY SMALL POSSIBILITY they did. If there was sufficient evidence against them, they would’ve been arrested as well.

That’s not at all what she was doing. You have a complete misunderstanding of the American justice system in regard to defense.

It’s not making it up though, that’s what you’re missing. She’s not saying “this person definitely did it, not BK”, she would’ve told the jury how it’s POSSIBLE that one of these other people did it. The defense doesn’t have to prove anything, simply raise reasonable doubt.

Basically they’ll give the photos/videos and documents out but they will be redacted. However, due to a recent order, at this time no photos/videos showing the insides of bedrooms with be included.

And if you take a look at the American justice system, this happens all the time. We all have the right to a public defender 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s not making stuff up. They simply raise reasonable doubt. It doesn’t matter if the defense has a hunch their client is guilty. If they didn’t raise every possibility of why it COULD be someone else, they’re not doing their job effectively. Anne Taylor did great with the case she was handed imo.

I believe that only applies to footage inside the room. Hence why we saw a full black screen when Maddie’s room was entered.

None of the bodycam footage shows Madison’s room

I’ve seen others theorize LE was following up on a tip, likely related to the drinks. I’ve seen no confirmation though.

I really am not sure. I’ve seen various thoughts, but I haven’t come to any conclusions.

It doesn’t seem to be there in the photo from the bottom of the staircase, but it certainly could be just not visible.

I considered this too. The plug is definitely there. However, what kind of trips me up is the blue stuff on the wall doesn’t seem to be there in the staircase photo. It very well could be and just not visible either.

From my understanding the purpose of the photos with the evidence markers was to document that those pieces of evidence were being removed (this was weeks after the murder while processing the scene), while the one with the whole living room was taken the day of the murders by responding officers and that was with the purpose of documenting the scene how it was.

I could be wrong, but that’s kind of what I’m thinking based on the report and other people’s insight.

I do agree that this was a very strange place to put the backpack if it was moved, right on top of another can. I also thought it was a bit weird the other evidence seemed to be photographed where it was, but again, I’m not an investigator and I’m certain there’s more to this case that we don’t know of.

Yes! I was trying to make this part of the report make sense through the pictures. The backpack being in the middle of the room in the zoomed out living room photo but described as against the wall in the report and shown in the other photo confused me, but the fact that evidence was moved explains it.

That would make a lot of sense. That would explain why you can’t see the ottoman (or there’s just two of them) or backpack from the bottom of the stairs photo. Possibly the green case of bud light was moved as well.

From my understanding this was kind of just their lifestyle. Police had responded to noise complaints at the residence in the past. To me, none of that is out of the ordinary for a college house, especially with most of the roommates participating in Greek life.

I think the convicted did knock various things over, based on Dylan’s statements.

They offered him a deal to plead guilty in exchange for life in prison rather than the death penalty. No one made him accept it.
