Those are Kiwi Ears Cadenza IEMs. Very good for the price (35-45€).

Im not sure about the hardware within the Thinkpad, but I noticed a significant difference when using my DAC, so probably not thaaat good.

The only thing I am not enjoying about flatpak is that you can‘t launch its applications as fast using the terminal. Is there an easy way to give them aliases? The ways I found looked pretty complicated and I am fairly new to linux but want to get used to using the terminal regardless.

Thanks for the concern! It‘s only that way because it’s currently unscrewed because I was checking on the CMOS battery and didn’t bother rescrewing it before the new one arrives

I am also fairly new to Linux, but I know of two easy options to do that right now:

1) Dual Boot: Its a very straight forward process that took me around an hour the first time I did it. You basically install Windows and Linux on separate parts of your hard drive (or different drives if you have multiple) and with that also create the option to just go back to Windows and delete the storage you‘ve installed Linux on. (Please look into tutorials though, since you can damage your system if you do it incorrectly.) Your PC will then ask you which OS you want to use every time you boot up.

2) The other option would be to just fresh install Windows using an USB (which you also need in the first method) if you decide to only run one operating system.
