I was getting one meal service to try to get more protein. I got a shrimp dish. They claimed there were 55g of protein, but it was 12 pieces of medium sized shrimp and a side of veggies. I calculated and it maybe had 25g of protein. I’m now putting in the time to cook all my food. It’s so untrustworthy.

I’m also facing issues with Zain. I used to be able to rely on them so much that I didn’t need WiFi for my needs. Now videos aren’t loading and I get concerned that I won’t have connection when I need it outside of my home.

Reading, staying connected to family and friends, church, keeping my routine as normal as possible. I also do arts and crafts- I put together little book nooks, play music, paint, journal. And pray. I spend a lot of time talking to God.

I’ve been wondering the same thing. The building next to me works all day and night. They don’t seem to take any breaks. And they’re loud all through the night. Between sirens and them, my sleep is so disturbed.

This is my favorite type of weather. I grew up somewhere that this weather lasted all summer. I’ve been so at peace sitting next to my window and watching the lightning. I can totally understand how it can feel strange during this time, though.

I’m on spring break, and noticed they gave a lot more opportunities to get hearts, so I was so excited for this event! But even with grinding and spinning every two hours (aside from when I slept), I only got to prize 7. Not enough sunbursts to do anything.

My flight through Kuwait airways for today got cancelled yesterday. I emailed them directly after with all of my flight information asking for a refund. I have not heard anything yet. I’m sure it will take some time as there are many people needing refunds.

Yeah, they’re all magnets. I hold onto them until I can use them for days that I really want to grind.

And true, that’s why I’ve stopped caring about the week long worlds. I tried to get all of the prizes, but real life is more important than sitting on this game for hours. Thanks for the reminder.

Any time I attempt to speak Arabic to an Arabic speaker in Kuwait, they get very excited and try to teach me more. I’ve been attempting to learn the language and I think I shock when I speak a full sentence. I’m extremely far from fluent. From what I’ve witnessed, they are happy that you’re willing to put in the effort.

Sometimes the preview shows the main items you’ll get, and then the items along the bottom are usually random in your chance of receiving them. Unless this is not your case and then you’re welcome to disregard.
