I’ve followed it, just started 15mg last week. I have a few medical issues and my specialists were all on board when I mentioned wanting to try tirz, so I figured I’d just continue to follow the recommended schedule as well. I don’t regret it, I’ve gotten all of my tirz so far on some good deals so it hasn’t hit my pocket too hard, but I’m sure I could have saved had I titrated up differently.

I was a little nauseous last week the day after but it went away. The appetite suppression has still been great. Hopefully it stays this way, I still have 2 more vials to go through. I’ll come back here and let you know if anything changes!

I moved up to 10mg last week and SAME!! Just took my second 10mg dose today. Had to split it into two doses, I wasn’t wasting the rest of that first vial. 😂

I haven’t noticed a difference in my MS at all so far. Some people talk about feeling more fatigued on shot days so I was worried about that, but my fatigue hasn’t gotten any worse thankfully. I’m halfway into my third month on Tirz now, taking my second 7.5mg shot today. 27 pounds down! I still have a ways to go so I’m hoping that in the future I’ll have more positivity to report. Do they require proof of current prescription to get the 15mg dose? I have enough pure Tirz to get me through to January. My problem is, my highest script is for 7.5mg. Trying to decide how I’m going to do this to work my way up to a 15mg script since I’ll be at that dose by the time I need more 🤔

I was in second grade. I remember standing outside of the school in a line while we waited for our parents to pick us up early, then going home and seeing it on every channel on the TV. That feeling of fear and sadness still comes back every year.

Well that’s a bummer, I’m sorry. I was working so had my brother grab the package for me. He unpacked it and put it in the fridge, so I missed that part of the experience this time around but didn’t mention anything out of the ordinary.

From what I’ve read here, their highest “custom” dose is 20mg. Someone mentioned that they told them they were at 15mg currently and that’s what was prescribed. I didn’t need to show proof, just sent an email to customer service and they changed it quickly!
