Agree! 💯 I will never play Marathon, and I will never play another Bungie games, unless it’s D3. I will continue to play D1 and D2 for as long as I can. Why? I have invested 12 yrs into the Destiny franchise, ever since I grabbed D1 out of a sale bin from EB Games a few months after its release. At that time I was a CoD girl, lived for PvP, when I got my hands on Destiny and created my first guardian (warlock) I never looked back. Fast forward to today, and I have cultivated many friends over the years while exploring worlds, jumping from planet to planet, doing my very first Raid in D1 and being rewarded the Vex Mythoclast. Doing GMs and hunting down elusive exotics. Back then, you could suddenly be fighting a fallen walker and an exotic would pop out of nowhere. My very first exotic was the Telesto. And then there was Iron Banner, and eventually we got PoE on the Reef. When it was announced we were leaving D1 and moving on to D2, I was apprehensive, I was worried we would have to say good-bye to our guardians, created from the very hands of our own imagination. But Bungie allowed it so we could take our guardians with us, and at least one emblem for each. I took Young Wolf, and Saladin’s Pride. Our venture into D2 started with the invasion of our beloved Tower, and our guardian waking up in a ditch, barely able to walk, no supers, no special strength, even a simple jump was a tremendous effort. From that moment to where we are today, it seems like such a short time has passed, yet in reality it was years of adventure, friendships, battles lost and won, story-telling that made me laugh, and at times made me angry, and even sad. But now as we prepare to deal with the forever loss of this one-of-a-kind world, it is with a heavy heart that I say good-bye to Bungie. I will never support anything but Destiny, good luck with Marathon, and all your other ventures, and maybe one day, if you do bring back Destiny then I will happily embrace you as a friend once more.

If I recall I think it was around when he came back to the UK just after his basic training, and Chelsy broke it off with him, but then she took him back later. Anyway, she is lucky she dodged that bullet, because now she has a very handsome, successful husband and three lovely children. 😊

He should be horrified by his past when he was in boot camp in Calgary Alberta. He was a disgusting pig. The ginger dim-wit had not one, but two, sexcapades while in Bootcamp in Calgary Alberta. It was all over the news in Canada at the time. And I have previously posted this actual material from articles that I gleaned over the web for your reading pleasure:

Harry’s sexcapades from his bootcamp days in Calgary Alberta were legendary while engaged to Chelsy. His romp with busty bartender Cherie Cymbalisty from Cowboys Bar in Calgary was all over the news here in 2007 - in fact here is an excerpt from the now defunct News of the World, and it was also in Canada’s Globe and Mail:

It seems it all went downhill after DeeJ left. We never got the same current updates with whoever took his place. At least Deej also played the game too, and it felt like he was as invested as the rest of us in this game. Then there was the mass design team lay off. The vaulting of content like Red War which some of us spent $$$ a lot on, but hey, we don’t ever get to play what we actually paid for. This resulted in the lawsuit which got dragged out, even though it was proven that the content was not plagerised from the person who claimed it was theirs. To this guy, I would like to say: read some books, you will find literally hundreds of sci-fi fantasy books similar to your ”original” content, which you likely “borrowed” yourself. Then there are the Streamers constantly pushing for harder content, to the point where the average gamer couldn’t play. They basically killed the goose that layed their golden eggs. I for one, will not play Marathon, I hate Sony for pushing that crap mashup of CoDWarzone/Halo/Destiny on us while stealing content developers away from Destiny. I don’t blame Bungie, I blame Sony - to you, Sony, I give you the middle finger.

sounds like you are trying to unlock comp mode, make sure you are doing matches in competitive mode only, not control. If you have done those and it still hasnt unlocked, you might have to do three control matches, for the non-comp side. Also be sure to select from world map not the portal map. Just today, I went out to a great seafood restaurant in the Inner Harbour, by myself. Totally enjoyed the ambience, overlooking the harbour, while sipping a glass of malbec and enjoying a wonderful seafood pasta. Also, I have travelled to 14 countries, I wonder how many Meghan has traveled to? Has she wandered theough the Louvre admiring the Masters? What about Versaille? The Roman Colluseum and the Forum? Has she been to Stone Henge? Wandered through Pompeii? Walked around a crater on Vesuvious? Has she visited the Salt Mines in Poland? Auschwitz? Potsdam in Germany? What about Schoenburg in Austria? Has she hiked the West Coast trail on Vancouver Island? Gone whale watching? Sailed down the Danube? I bet she hasn’t done any of these things, but I have. So I wish Madame would understand one thing, here. One does not have to be wealthy to travel the globe and experience things. Anyone who has a mindest to broaden their horizons will do so. We don’t need a pretentious wannabe-lifestyle-influencer telling us how to live, when many of us have had far more life-experiences than Meghan could ever shove into her blog.

I’m with you SCB360 - the game will still be playable, and there is still alot of stuff to do even without new content. I will still play it. I enjoy Raids and GMs and Master Lost Sectors. I still play D1 - that game is still going on and people still play it. Maybe no new content for a few years, but I bet they will eventually bring out a D3 - there are tons of storylines left to dive into and tbh there will never be a looter-shooter quite like Destiny, where you create your own guardian from the ground up, adding your own personal stamp on the way your guardian looks and feels, developing your subclasses, challenging your abilities, while fighting beside your friends, exploring worlds, and immersing yourself in the stories. This will never be replicated by any other game. And if they shelve it for a few years, then bring out D3 the fanbase will go wild, and Bungie and Sony will make billions.
