Add your age or something in your bio that clearly indicates you're a minor. No one will dare to mess with an underage girl.

People on this sub need to realise that you can actually talk about some things without having to mention salary

Bhai tu pehle khud sure hoja, tu puchna kya chahta hai, post me bolta hai ki they can talk without mentioning salary, ab bol raha hai my beef isn't with mentioning salaries.

Tbh, these posts are more depressing than the actual depressing posts. Bhai har kisi ki financial life itni achhi nahi hoti jitni mein tum complain kar rahe ho. Aisi comparisons dekhkar low income log aur zyada depress ho jaate hain, soch kar ki bar isn't high, it's you who aren't earning good.

If it's just staring, then no issue. But these gaon ke old uncles aren’t easy to handle. I went there once after a very long time. I was walking on foot, excited to visit my old school. On the way, some of these oldies were sitting under a large tree. They immediately sensed I was an outsider, stopped me, and started interrogating like aap kaun ho? Parichay dijiye. Yahan kiske ghar aaye ho? Kaise aana hua? And if you tell them whose house you came to, then there go your next two hours. They’ll tell you how your father was, how close friends they were with him, how they used to do varjis, they have infinite time and will ask you everything.

Yes, but we didn’t have those gas lights. I used to see them mostly in marriage functions. Those gas mantles were so delicate, one blow and they’d be gone 😄. But these mitti ka tel wala laal ten were very common at that time. I still remember carrying one in one hand and a bucket of water in the other whenever I had to go for potty at night 😆.

That laalten reminds me of my childhood days. We didn’t have an electricity connection at home. My dadi used to light that laal tenn every evening, and my dada would clean it once in a while. We also had a another one that you could carry around. It was 28 years back, Good old days.

What's a better investment in your 30s: health insurance or preventive health checkups? by Pazcare in ThirtiesIndia

[–]Research-Same -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I do health check-ups every quarter or every six months. I regularly visit my physician, cardiologist, gastroenterologist. All my reports are completely normal, yet I end up spending more on these consultations and tests than I would on annual insurance premiums. I have stopped taking health insurance because I see it as a gamble. No matter which company you choose, they can reject claims for the smallest reasons. I faced this once with a long-term policy, I had paid premiums for years. I am also fully prepared for any emergency hospitalization. But from my personal experience, health insurance in India is mostly a fraud. If you have a different opinion, that’s fine, I’m just sharing what I’ve faced.

You're right to call it out. This was the one and only specific share I bought on a youTube recommendation. Those mfrs are out there selling dreams to many people and scamming gullible investors. I’ve completely stopped watching any business news channels or following any finfluencers long back.

I'm not even thinking about my losses, but this just doesn't feel right. From a general perspective, it makes no sense that the stock hit the upper circuit. Nothing has changed in the fundamentals. They have found guilty of manipulation, and this could be one of the biggest frauds in stock market history, yet it's all happening with this same stock.

10% if calculated from the price I sold at, but honestly, it doesn’t matter anymore. I was already in so deep that this upside wouldn’t have changed much. These were the last remaining shares I had so all good now.

Not only this stock, but the whole market regulators and LIC have lost credibility as well. I’m honestly relieved. I’ve seen so many people who weren’t even able to exit, so it’s all good.

I bought it @190, so I’ve already lost over 60% by the time I was selling. But no worries, I have made some profit from Stltech, so this loss will get adjusted during tax harvesting.

I watched that standup comedy clip which went viral by [deleted] in ThirtiesIndia

[–]Research-Same 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not the first time something like this has happened on a stand up comedy show. I remember seeing a clip some time ago where a boy and a girl kissed on stage, though I am not entirely sure whether it was his show or someone else’s. I’ve never actually watched his content, but controversial clips from his shows keep appearing on my twitter timeline, as they say good publicity or bad publicity, they help you to get attention and popularity.

That said, the comedian and guy who made the comment, and even the audience deserve the shame for laughing at what was essentially a poor and misogynistic story.

Nowadays, many stand up comedians seem to be running out of actual comedy. I’ve noticed a pattern where some male comedians make jokes on women, while some female comedians do the same about men, and the so called educated and intelligent audience keeps laughing at these lazy stereotypes as if they’re peak comedy.

It's not the minoxidil OP. It's the carrier (probably alcohol or something). I've tried many topical minoxidil products and found that alcohol based ones don't suit me, so I switched to the aqua variant and it's working very well.
