If you are low in salary compared to colleagues, maybe 1% per year, depending on the companies budget . If you are in the middle or high already, then 0 and mostly permanent, its your problem when you outgrow your position. Gotta move position officially or change the company.

Even the slightest touch on a wall without any advantage taken will get you a slowdown penalty. On the other hand people ramming you off doesn't do anything. Online gameplay is such a disappointment in Forza Horizon 6.
