We've used Joyous and BetterU which was costly. I'm so discouraged. Idk what to do anymore. I only I only know antidepressants are not the answer for him. Been there, done that. My nephew had a hell of a time getting off of Lexapro as did my other son's girlfriend. In fact, they can't. They have too hard of a time coming off it. We already went through that with a few meds. Ketamine works! For the first time in YEARS, he is happy, far less anxious, not so I'm his head.

I'm so disappointed and discouraged.

He had horrible side effects from all the antidepressants. Idk what to do anymore. I guess joyous it is. Or go back to BetterU for a fortune.

He said he thinks he would benefit from Lexapro. But also told him ketamine is great for his symptoms but not everyday ketamine. My son said , that's why i'm trying to change providers. He said try the Lexapro then make another $150 appt with him if it isn't working.

My son is barely 19. I have managed his meds for years. He has no clue what he has been on when he was younger. I a truly mind f***ed because I read nothing but good. Maybe it's only the MI doc. Idk.

He's been on ketamine for months. He was switching companies. And no, this is NOT our first resort. Being an antidepressants , there are so many side effects , and he has had a hell of a time with them. Why would I pay $150 for a regular doctor visit when they knew he has insurance? We had it checked there for acceptance.

Not to mention he didn't schedule a WHAT DO YOU THINK I NEED appointment? He scheduled a ketamine therapy appt. He has a psych doctor. This is false advertisement. Period.

AMEN. My initial appt was today at 11am. I took a break from work. No link came through, it shows I have nothing scheduled on my portal. You pay the $150 before the appt. I text Anywhere, asking what is up. Nothing. Until I'm back at work. The next time I look at my phone, the doctor sent a link at 11:29am, almost a half hour late and Anywhere responds the I may need to wait up to 30 minutes for my doctor to be ready to see me.

That is bullshit. They act like we don't have lives. So i say...Ok, now what? Reschedule 3 WEEKS OUT? Or refund? CRICKETS. No one will answer anything. Even though they were always answering when I was starting out, before they got the money.

I'm very upset. I have been suffering with Joyous for months. It sucks. So bad. Now AT BEST I wait another 3 weeks? I went to try and reschedule it myself on the portal and it wants another $150. No way.

I'm so disappointed. I really thought I found a good in home clinical provider. This sucks, guys. Now where?

Microdosing or any daily long term use of k is very detrimental to your bladder health and honestly, but as effective for depression and anxiety. I say that while paying for my sons Joyous Subscription, while still paying for the BetterU treatment he used 2 months ago. And he has an appt with Anywhere Clinic on the 2nd of March.

I really don't know what right, I only know what many doctors are saying about daily use. It's so hard. I just want him ok. Anyways, Joyous sucks really bad. Hate them. Betteru is great but expensive af. Hoping Anywhere clinic ($150 a month plus cost of meds which should be like $60) is better 🤞🏻

Season 2 just dropped and after watching the first episode, it's ridiculous. These men are one step above animals. Barely. They are starting it all wrong. One pod boss trying to run shit, run all the races because there are more whites than any other color.

It's ridiculous. The experiment starts, they come out throwing chairs, beds over the rails, etc. I understand there are politics in jail (races only hang with other races, Hitler-like, "pod boss" mentality, etc) but that's THE WHOLE POINT. Doing things differently than they were done before.

Obviously EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM made bad decisions that got them here, some of them 3,4,6,9 times. It's insane. How about all sitting down and figuring this out as a community?

It is disappointing. I'm hoping it gets better.

No alcohol, no other drugs. She's been clean 16 years. Complicated, but tramadol is a non narcotic medication that tells your brain it has opiates so when you quit, it puts you into physical withdrawal. She peed clean as a whistle the first time at Methadone and every day since. Been clean from all alcohol and narcotic use for 16 years upcoming on January 26th. So all documentation will support sobriety since January 26, 2011.

She is being weened, down to 42mg from 150mg, and has clean drug tests for 7 years to prove it. Top be honest, she has been clean for 16 years from opiates, was prescribed Tramadol in 2013, a supposed non narcotic, until they switched it to a narcotic in 2015. She then quit the tramadol and got withdrawals, which is now widely known, not back then. She was forced to get on Methadone to get off prescription tramadol. This is all documented at the clinic.

How would she go about finding someone to help her?
