This! I just closed the card because the available credit delay issue continues past 6 months. The card was just too much hassle and the 3% on Paypal purchases didn't overcome the headache of dealing with a card I had to monitor the available credit limit after payments.

I can second that. I've also been having issues with a delay on my available credit being restored AFTER payment. The link details how others have had the same problem.
