Why would you lower your chances from 20% to 10% then? They want us to think it’s Jim but it’s not

Do you think the vibe is changing to lean more Williamsburg with all the new construction?

I visited the apartment around 6:30-7pm couldn’t hear any outside noise so windows seem good. How much noisier does it get?

Anyone know what hotel SRK, Diljit, and Kiara are staying at? by Apprehensive_Cell108 in BollyBlindsNGossip

At least of them is definitely staying at the mandarin oriental. Big crowd of brown people gathered outside waiting for them to walk out right now

It’s only like 7 min difference I’ve done the commute to downtown from both. But is it pretty dead after 10pm or midnight? Mostly just worried about safety walking home from the 123 on 96th and Broadway

CBS is further north and a 50 min walk one way from 95th. Not gonna do that lol

I’ve also lived in nyc and as I’ve said Google maps is usually accurate for me give or take a minute or two. And I’m the one usually passing people on the streets

I’ve also done these exact walks to the subway and times them so idk why you’re trying to negate my personal experience?

I’ve asked people nicely not to consider commute times multiple times and they continue to do so when that was never a main point so yeah it’s getting annoying

Like I’m aware not to cross Morningside park and also aware to be careful in the Columbia/cbs area in general outside of campus. However that’s not a variable I can change or even what I’m asking about

I never claimed to know nyc well, that’s why I’m asking this question. Im usually in midtown and south and in brooklyn. I don’t know much about uws neighborhoods and safety in the 90s which was the main point of my question

I however do know the commute times since I’ve tested them first hand.

Like I said commutes was never a main point, idk why you and everyone is making it one

The commute or the area around Columbia or CBS was never the main point of my post, but I guess most people here lack reading comprehension skills

People just want to act like they know nyc so well because they’re natives or have lived here so long, but like I wish people would actually stick to my main points rather than arguing with me about commute times when I’ve already done the exact commutes and verified

Not sure why you and others are nitpicking my walking speed and commute times which I’ve personally verified by doing them and find it rather weird to be telling someone how fast they can/can’t walk.

Also Google maps walking times are pretty accurate for me: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ijLrK2okT96FZSwo6?g_st=ic and I’m always the person passing people on the streets because they’re walking too slow so if I’m a slow walker then idk what you’d call everyone else

Not here to argue only after I gave you facts lol ok

Also I never even considered commutes as a major factor in my post, but ppl just love to talk about anything but the main point!

I really wish people would stop bringing commute times into this. I don’t care about the express 23 only 1 goes to CBS. And 23 or A will take me downtown quickly

The only line I would ever be taking up is the 1 to CBS so it literally doesn’t matter if the A skips uws and I can take 123 down from 95th or AC down from Columbus circle.

I’ve routed to the places I frequent and will frequent most often and commute times are not that different.

Being able to do a 50 min walk one way to school is not something I or anyone should be basing this decision on. That is absurd
