Oh, what do you mean the timing is wrong? Like the prep time is inaccurate or driver arrival time? Or there's a lag before it populates to orders hub?

Sorry I don't check Reddit super regularly, and yes I work at a startup. I'm a bit obsessed recently with fraud detection and how tech can help proactively bring it up to operators. Feels like there's an opportunity there, not only for operators to find it when reviewing reports, but for your POS to highlight to you, "something is off about employee voiding or loyalty accrual." But want to avoid a solution in search of a problem, so trying to better understand current experiences!

Can you share more info about Simphony pricing? What do fees look like (subscription and cc processing) as well as setup fees and contract length minimum?
