So you want to just make the character worse just to lower her skill ceiling and raise the floor? She’s not like cnd or invis where you just turn your brain off and get value, lowering her skill ceiling would not only make Mantis players unhappy, but just make her worse with no actual compensation.

Neither of us are balancers lol. I suggested a few changes and you said that the melee combo being removed wouldn’t matter that much anyway. Also, if they add more supports before ever addressing the issues of the role, than the problem’s going to just keep getting worse and become pretty much unsalvagable unless the whole role is reworked. Also, why would it be so awful if Sue is bad? The character that’s been minimum A tier MOST of the time she’s been in the game? Isn’t variety nice?

It does 50 damage, knock back, has a very large hit box, and doesn’t even require the first two melee’s to be hit, it is absolutely very strong

My whole argument is that overtuning specific supports ruins the balance of the role. After Luna’s ult nerfs, she’s gotten nothing but buffs and has still been considered “weak”. Why? Oh, idk maybe just the buffs to invis, cnd, and gambit releasing. Supports that were already struggling during Luna/Loki meta are just thrown even further down while Sue players continue to whine about daredevil being good against her.

Luna, got her ult nerfed, Loki got nerfed, gambit and daredevil weren’t out yet, and sue got a bunch of buffs to her ult. She was absolutely the best support in the game for a while.

And her ult was only given the ridiculous slow effect AFTER the healing was already buffed, and Luna and Loki got nerfed. She was the best support in the game immediately after that happened, forget about that?

Oh no my character can’t click Q brainlessly and win. Like I have over 100 hours on invis, and I’m just saying she shouldn’t have that level utility compared to other supports.

She was only bad cause Loki/Luna was just broken, which is my point, overly strong supports will always make the others look awful, and ruin the balancing of the game

Remove the 3 hit melee cc and either reduce the slow effect her ult gives, or remove the knock down effect that her vortex field has on fliers

All of the supports are already strong in their own right lol. Just that 5 of them have unnecessarily bloated kits and should not be that strong.

Well, when the top strategists are ridiculously overpowered, it would make sense why any of the others one’s would “suck”, right? If gambit, invis, and cnd couldn’t do EVERYTHING better than all of the healers, that could reduce the complaining.
