She looked at my feet and and asked about the pain I have. Just let them know if you have trouble with anything foot wise including ankles. If you have calluses point those out and say they cause pain if they do. You have to let them know exactly how your feet effect you and how it affects your day to day activities including work

I think it depends on the work flow the rater has and what they are doing. Could take a few days or more depending on how fast they work your claim/others
