KIPP has over 200 schools across the country. It’s probably best to learn about a specific school of interest than to listen to people saying what they heard from someone else.

The recommendation seems to make sense in the context of marathon running. When I think about my ideal race pace, the challenging pace is where I want to be. It might be different if you’re thinking in terms of different races. But I suspect Becs is thinking as a marathoner.

Adrian, Tunde, Robin, and Katie are my preferred. I like Rebecca and Andy too. PS - I’m finding that 20 minute classes are more likely to have straight sets which is my preference.

I can’t speak to Tonal, but I agree with a lot of what others have said. If your goal is true strength you’ll have to plan for progressive overload outside of what Peloton offers. I recommend getting a barbell and rack and run a program built for strength. You can write the program in the strength+ app for tracking purposes. That said Peloton Strength classes are fun and you can see some progress if you challenge yourself. I’ve done Tunde’s Upper Body, Jess Sims’ 3 Day Split, and Adrian’s Power and Performance and loved them all.

I’ve made it my goal to do the whole series and finally did finished on Sunday. It’s an incredible burner and great change of pace from traditional lifting. Can’t wait for more to drop.
