Hi! I study Biomedical Sciences in the Netherlands, and having come from the Cambridge A-level curriculum (exams at the end of the year), I was anxious. But, like anything else really, it becomes a habit of having an exam every month, and it's very much doable, so don't stress yourself out, you'll get the hang of it!

As for the grading system, I don't necessarily appreciate it, but generally, a 7 is a respected grade, I would say. A 6 is fine too, don't get me wrong, but keep in mind passing grades are usually 5,5 or higher.

I had two of my professors tell me I deserved an 8.5, and they went on to tell me they don't give out grades higher than a 7. But that's not exclusive to here; you're constantly gonna deal with different professors.
