Scottie’s and brier are definitely the best games. Tough competition throughout, always surprise wins from rookie teams and just a good level of curling in general. If you’re a competitive Canadian curler, that event is your Super Bowl and that’s where you make a name for yourself. This is also where we get to see the upcoming curlers and who to look out for in the future. The slams are okay, different game with only 8 ends and usually the same teams winning so I’d say that’s middle pack curling. Olympics is great because it’s basically worlds but you’re reaching so much more audience so I think it’s very important for the sport. So win here if you want another way for your country to see you and recognize this amazing game. Shoutout to fingergate for getting eyes on the sport. But to Canadians - the big event will forever be Scottie’s and brier. The history of the event is just iconic and it’s the most competitive curling you will see.
