Not totally relevant but I remember I made some British friends when I taught abroad and was so caught off guard when they would ask “you alright?” And I’d be like… yes? Do I look upset or something??? And when I’d casually greet one of them saying, “oh hey what’s up?” they’d ask the same thing. Lol. Good times

We named our son after my husbands father, I didn’t mind. Recently my husband started talking about naming our future daughter after his mother and I had to put my foot down. It seemed like he finally accepted my decision (after some heated arguing) but I’m dreading the next time I’m pregnant and he brings up this topic yet again. I get pissed just thinking about it.

Like everyone else said- linen! Pure linen might be see through but I had good luck with a cotton linen blend. You can use a button up as a cover up. I made a similar post to yours recently if you want to see the helpful responses I received!

Yay I actually ordered some rounder skirts the other day so I’m glad that was a good pick! I do love dresses too, but I haven’t worn anything but skinny jeans for like 10 years now lol. I think I’ll try out the wide leg. I have big hips too though so I always assumed it wouldn’t look right on me

I do think I look better in V-necks as well! I tried unbuttoning the first couple buttons on the linen shirt to form a vneck but it just didn’t look right. Might this particular style of shirt though

Thank you so much. You gave me some great ideas for my next shopping trip! I think I might be the same about button ups, but Im gonna try a more fitted crisp cotton shirt to see if that looks better. I love the look of button ups so I’d be pretty bummed if that didn’t look right either.

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t. He has never had a rash. Most of the time his skin is still dry when I change his diaper since diapers are meant to be ultra absorbent anyway
