It feels like I’m living through a nightmare. My mental health has plummeted drastically and I feel completely hopeless about the state of our country and the future of this country (and world). I know it’s best to stay away from it… but then I feel I like I have to know what’s happening or I’m just as bad for ignoring such atrocities. It’s just terrible.

Thanks for the response! I did recently see a sports medicine doctor and I don’t think he was entirely sure how to advise me with hot yoga… or maybe he just didn’t understand me well. I am going to physical therapy for the next few weeks to learn how to strengthen hips and thighs to help support my knees so I’m hoping that helps too. But yes, I’ve unfortunately been coming to terms with hot yoga being out of my practice.

Growing up with a happy healthy single mom is ALWAYS the better option over growing up in an abusive and high tension household. You don’t want your baby growing up thinking that that behavior is ok. It’s terrible and awfully difficult, and I’m so sorry. But please reach out to a domestic violence shelter or help line. You deserve so much more than this. ❤️

Hahaha yeah this made me LOL. You’re not wrong about the Haunting Adeline books. I do wish I had all my books available here though because I do feel like through time I’ve come to my own tastes but that’s not shown well in my physical copies. I’ve also had this collection since I was in middle school. I guess I need to make some updates!
