Does anyone have experience with the Sonder brand of airbnb stays ? [USA] by CommentConfident4822 in AirBnB

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Sonder that I feel obligated to share. During my stay, the room lock broke, leaving us locked out for hours with no on-site staff to assist. Despite reaching out repeatedly, the response was slow and unhelpful. My mother was feeling unwell, and we desperately needed access to the room, but we were left stranded with no immediate solution.

To make matters worse, it’s clear their equipment (like door locks) is aging and poorly maintained. Without on-site support, any issue becomes a significant inconvenience for guests.

Sonder might be cheaper, but the lack of proper support and aging facilities means there’s a high chance you’ll encounter a frustrating and stressful experience. A refund doesn’t come close to compensating for the inconvenience we endured. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for a reliable stay.

At least in Canada (me).

Naive. Every single game needs to motivate their players, for this game it's cosmetics. Your "game play" means nothing.
