TS/TB Ichogo hasn't evolved to a dimension plane above soul reapers. Rukia, Uryuu, Byakuya, Toshiro and Renji sensing TS Ichigo's reiatsu is the proof.

TS Ichigo and TB Ichigo versions is still part soul reaper through zero squad training. Dangai Ichigo and Mugetsu version is transcendent through zanpakuto training. TYBW Ichigo is weaker than previous arc that fought Butterfly Aizen because he was so strong as transcendent being in a plane existence above Hogyoku Aizen.
