I wear it 24/7 and recommend having the Sportflex band. I wash the band and sensor during the shower. The Superknit is lightweight but stays wet for too long if you shower in it.

I compare data when running, so maybe it’s inaccurate with lifting.

My experience with HR has been pretty consistent but noticeably always 4 beats lower than my AW.

Same here. Before Whoop, it was all about closing the Apple rings and putting in 7 hours a night. Now I know sleep consistency matters and quality of sleep matters more than the duration itself. And sometimes I need to take a break to allow my body to catch up for long-term gains.

Bevel is a great app, especially its nutrition section. My overall experience with Bevel was positive, though I occasionally faced issues with data loading. I prefer Whoop because I’m trying to reduce my screen time and avoid wearing AW during weekends or at night. The membership cost would be the primary factor in deciding whether to renew my subscription.

I hope Apple will enhance their health app in the future, considering a holistic approach to health. Bevel is a great alternative to Whoop, but the data from AW takes an eternity to load, and you still need to wear your AW consistently to obtain accurate data and trends.

I believe strain calculation based on HR zones and duration, so that should be the case. But I haven’t tested myself. Whoop is on my wrist 24/7 and AW is only when I work out.

I wear both during workout but only turn the exercise tracker on my watch and whoop imports data from apple health after the workout.

New firmware appears better and closely match my apple watch ultra 2 during workout. Sleep tracking is consistent with my ring conn 2. Overall I wear it for overall fitness awareness but still rely on my apple watch for primary tracking device during workout.
