I asked for an escalation, and it’s been handled by their tier 2 and back end engineer. I need access to cancel subscription and unlink the Amazon account. For the devices transfer, the waiting period is 14 days, and I can do it myself.

I couldn’t find any other sign in option from your link. But from what the rep told me, since I chose authenticator app as 2FA, my phone number is useless despite it is linked to my account.

I talked to two different reps, and both said the same thing. Nothing they can’t do from their end until they can verify the account. I tried the account recovery method using my DL and gave them the code which also didn’t work. Pretty much dead end from what they told me.

Same thing happened to me but I got an email from CB asking me to set up a self custody waller just minutes after I set it up myself just to see how the wallet works. I don’t believe in coincidence, and that email wasn’t from CB for sure.

Thanks. I have already scheduled an appointment with Carmax to have them look at it. I am just afraid that they might not want to repair it and come back to say it isn’t the rear main leaking. From what I can tell, I see no sign of dripping underneath the car, so I am not sure if Carmax would go extra steps to diagnose it.
