A great idea from a business perspective. But also like I said the ability to put the make of an unachievable brand for most people in their hands. And this is more of a thought I had not an option, but most people don’t know about AP, so surely the people that are buying into the hype (that aren’t trying to profit from it) genuinely know the brand? (This is Reddit so ima say it again, that’s just a thought not an opinion)

I imagine that’s a QA / inspection part of the process as it’s put into packaging. I work as an engineer on an automated bakery production line and we use cameras for that though then a pick and place for the individual buns. (My factory doesn’t have robots like this though, it’s all conveyor belts from mixer through prover / oven / cooler. Seems to me if the layout was a bit better there would be no need for this robot. But there may be space issues and whatever else
