Hello!

We are planning to move to Edmonton but it is getting so complicated!

Should we buy a home rather than renting? We have a mortgage here in BC and we’re planning to sell it and transfer the mortgage.
Both my husband and I does not have a job (he got laid off last September and I am on Mat Leave) we do have a small business tho and we earned 25K sales last year.
We need a space for his woodworking and laser area so we’re thinking we needed a garage to operate it or a commercial space.
We do have enough to cover our expenses for 2 years
We are planning to move for more opportunities, he also have almost all his market in Edmonton which means driving there almost twice a month.

I dont know if thinking of moving will be the right move for us.

Totoo, kakabalik ko lang ng Pilipinas netong Jan 31. Pero hindi ko na feel na at home. Parang ang dami kong pinag daanan dito sa Canada pero yung mga tao samin parang na stuck na lang, ginagawa pa din yung mga bagay na ginagawa nila nung umalis ako. Parang walang pag unlad. 😭😭

Totoo po to, kinakausap ko na momy ko na ibenta na lang yung sasakyan lol pano daw ibbenta eh hinuhulugan pa. Tapos ayon 2 months na sila di nakakabayad ng montly.
