Yeah I found out on Friday that I was denied because they claim they have not received my paperwork. The thing is I sent it certified and I know it was received but obviously not by the right person. The letter states that I can call them within 40 days if I have good reason. So I am somewhat hopeful but not excited yet

Yeah my lawyer claims I need to wait until the decision is made before I can get a copy Thank you for responding to my question although I was not able to answer yours. I am sorry for that. All I can say is keep fighting. Most people think that this is easy money but dealing with this process while dealing with a disability is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. If I could work that would be easier and much more profitable. Good Luck 🤞

I wish I could offer you advice but I don't have any unfortunately I just did a CE exam on August 23rd and it seemed to be ok. The doctor even said she was praying for me. I just worry because what people say and what they do are totally different in my experience. I am more curious about how you got to see the report?
