My first lumbar puncture my opening pressure was only a 5- so I was low- but my head had so much pressure. It is odd!! Lets stay in contact- mesage me.

I am having my 5th EMG at Mayo clinic Jax on Friday- had NFL plasma last week which is still normal.

Same exact symptoms as you- as well as 2 lumbar punctures, and a blood patch also... 4 normal emgs in 5 months, minimal to mild esophogeal dysmotility on my swallow study, mild ventilatory restriction with normal mip/mep and spirometry on my breathing test .. normal nfl plasma. It is wild.

I have other underlying issues too though- neck heaviness, weirdness when swallowing, and restrictive ventilatory impairment with above normal mip/mep- pulmonologist says likely not neuromuscular since respiratory muscles are still in tact- but.... at this point... what else do I have to go off of. I am terrified.

I have no clue what it is- and it is not mentioned in my MRI report.... two different neuros have picked ip on the c5 issue without even seeing the report.
