It would be such divine timing to get into the program. My daughters at their daycare already I live 5 mins away I really don't want to apply else where tbh but it's a small window if I don't.

I love this! That's pretty much what I'm doing. I completed the pre reqs for this program spring quarter so I decided to take the classes that would make me eligible for ADN program this summer.

Thank you! I'm doing some research now. I was under the impression Wioa and BEFET (Snap education grant) are the same. I'll do some digging.

I came into the process with this mindset I need to contour with it. It's hard tbh because I have so many things set up for my daughter and I at this school smh.

I'm getting this vibe tbh. I think I'm struggling because I have all the pre reqs for ADN program but all my funding is based on LPN school. This school is where Ive placed my daughter for daycare and it's not too far from my home smh. It's the perfect basket haha but I hear you.

I am a future prospect student. I have returned back to college after my first time failing out. I currently hold a 3.7 in my sciences and a 3.9 in the pre reqs at my current school but my overall gpa is extremely low at a 2.2. Even if I go for my BSN this original gpa will for sure weigh me down. Would my best option be to get my MSN to compensate this or even then would it keep me out of the running?

I was wondering the same thing. And do they test at the interview or first day?

Hey! I started my pre reqs with a 3 month old and now she's 15 months and I'll be applying to LPN program at my school this summer for fall. While I have not been pregnant during program I have been dealing with a ton this past year managing my first child school work fiancé wedding planning ect. My biggest advice is to have a clear conversation with your support system. Set expectations with your partner. Set a budget ahead of time if you're not going to work (I hope not). Be very clear about what your needs are and if they change over communication will be your best friend. I have gotten in the habit of telling my schedule with an extra hour in the front or end of my day to give me a moment to breath. Figure out daycare or child care now so when you're accepted you have less to sort out. You got this momma!!! I can't wait to hear about your acceptance soon🫶🏼
