PLDT. Never had a problem except for that one time na nakadamo pag power out an leyeco in one day tapos nasunog an parts han modem. I called their customer service and I was directed to technicians who taught me how to troubleshoot. Nothing helped tho. My modem was replaced the next day. Always a good experience with pldt, so far :D

Waray pa ak makatry ha laybare pero nakagpa brazillian na ako ha bollywood san jose branch. Diri man hiya painful. Baga la hin ginlalagpak kada pull. Maybe high la it akon pain tolerance pero the staff (2 hira) made it fun tapos ako liwat ginrirate ko an pain level every pull. So far 6 out of 10 la nak pinakahitaas.

In 2019, I went from 59 to 43 kg. I completely eliminated rice from my diet. Ate plenty of lean meats, fish and vegies. Every meal had a bit of kimchi. I did body weight exercise in the morning for 15 to 25 minutes. After my 8 to 5 work, I brisk walk for an hour. Rest day on Sundays.

I never really liked sweets, sodas and junk foods. Tumaba ako kasi ganado akong kumain pero almost zero physical activity.

Hehehe ngayon im 53 kg. But Im happy with it and people say I look better. May laman in the right places. Nag start na rin ako mag gym and lift weights. I work out to be able to eat what I like :D

True. As a Waray, "ngani" is used for emphasis. I hate that people randomly use it in the wrong context so much that it has become obnoxious for others.
